Refund policy

All guides from Guided Press are digital products, delivered instantly as a downloadable PDF. Because of the nature of digital goods, we don't accept traditional returns.

That said, we stand behind what we make. If you don't see real value in your guide, for any reason, email us at hello@guidedpressco.com within 14 days of your purchase and we'll make it right.

How it works:

• Email us at hello@guidedpressco.com with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work for you.
• We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
• If a refund is the right fix, we'll process it back to your original payment method, no long forms, no runaround.

We'd rather earn a returning customer than hold onto a sale that didn't deliver. If something's off, tell us.
